Despite Harrisons Solar’s leadership in the market, its existing website was outdated and difficult to navigate, which led to poor conversion rates and missed opportunities to communicate the real benefits of solar. The site did not effectively educate potential customers about the value proposition including reducing electricity bills, increasing home value, and contributing to a more sustainable future. Overall, the website failed to give users the clarity and confidence needed to move forward with a solar solution.
The redesign addressed these challenges by rethinking the site structure and user journey from the ground up. We introduced clear and accessible educational content to help demystify solar technology for homeowners who are still unfamiliar with it. An interactive savings calculator was added, allowing users to enter their address and property information to estimate their potential savings. A new booking platform was also implemented, giving visitors a quick and simple way to schedule an appointment with their local Harrisons Solar expert. Together, these enhancements created a smoother and more engaging experience that educates, builds trust, and increases qualified leads.
